I'm having the same problem, no one answers phones, emails, or PMs apparently for Icarus.

I guess I'll try this guy too and see what happens. I feel a new Big Air Sportz canopy in my future I think.

Para Concepts, the gear store at Skydive Chicago is the best place for it. Why? Because they're the authorized Icarus lineset people. Give them a call. Talk to Betsy or Lee.

Teh first company is a bit of a pain to deal with, the second is good.

Adventure Sports Lofe at Perris has done many Icarus linesets as well, 951-657-2676 and ask for Larry.

Everyone has different experiences I guess. After talking with Mike (I think that was his name?) I sent 2 Xfire 119s to Skyworks from NH and when I called to "check in on them" they were already back on my customers front porch. No complaints from me or my customer, plus his Xfires fly great with the new set. I demo'd them for him when they got back......lol

Ditto. My Crossfire was relined at Skyworks and returned in about a week. Mel was very easy to deal with and generously provided info on mods for my Safire. They'll get my future business on Icarus canopies.

You are partially correct!
There is more than one Service center.

Para Concepts is An offical Icarus Service Center. Skyworks Parachute Service is considered the main one.

When I am away, Para Concepts takes on the complete work load.

Also, a new service center coming soon on out on the West Coast for a grand total of three service centers.
