I REALLLLY hate seeing new threads in thereI usually go there on Mon. and close my eyes for a sec when I click the mouse hoping there is nothing new. SHIT I have not heard any rumors I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all. DiverMike 5 #7 August 23, 2010 QuoteSame. I'm always relieved every time I log on and see there are no new threads +1 New threads scare me. Additions to existing threads usually just annoy me because 4 times out of 5 they are not directly related to the incident. When I first joined DZ.Com, I logged a few non-relevant entries to the incident forum. I soon realized how inappropriate it is to discuss general skydiving issues about when/whether to hook turn, wear a camera, wingloading, EP's, etc. All those discussions should be in safety and training. For the same reason I jump off a perfectly good diving board.

People that post in there REALLLY need to remember that no matter who screwed the pooch or how.... that the deceased is a fellow skydiver... a friend.... a loved one.. that is no longer with us
