She made a lot of public statements about the people in charge. First rule of being employed - don't do that. In any business, people like that are a poison. Anyone running a business already has problems, they don't need someone pissing on them from inside the door. When I have a person like that in a group, usually just a gossip and complainer, I confront them about the issue. If it can't be resolved, or they continue, they are gone. Hollywood is stacked up with attractive women waiting to make several million dollars without bitching about it.
