NWFlyer 2 #2 October 13, 2010 Learn to pack. Learn to pack fast. You'll be the best paid person on the dropzone. Edit to add: let your DZO know about your carpentry skills. He/she may have some work/handyman projects that you could help with. Don't count on it to be a lot of money, but you never know what little work might come up here or there."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. O'Rourke
D22369 0 #3 October 13, 2010 like Krissanne said, learn to pack fast, if you can finish a rig in 5 minutes and your at a busy dz or a boogie you can make some really good money if your knees and hands can take it. Roy edit to add, almost all my student training and first gear came from the money I made packingThey say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.
