kenneth21441 0 #1 April 2, 2005 I have recently come across a complete MT1 with a main and reserve. As I also have a MC-4 canopy complete (Canopy/ susp lines/ risers) minus the d-bad and PC. And was wondering if anyone knows if I could use the MC-4 canopy for a back up main in the MT1..?? From the looks of it I can and should be able to but just wanted to make sure for my own. All canpoies and Harness systems are in good working order. And the canopies are within specs. slotperfect 7 #2 April 2, 2005 The canopy should be fine, but you may need to use the MC-4 risers when you switch canopies. The MC-4 risers are longer, and I'm not sure you can use the MC-4 canopy on the MT1-XX risers (steering line length compatibility). Email Giorgio Piatti at Para Flite with your specific questions. mjosparky 4 #3 April 3, 2005 The MC-4/MC-5 referres to just the harness/container system. The use the same MT-1X canopies, 370 sq. ft. 7 cell as the the old MT-1XX systems.
