Guys that look like Santa in Denver are usually hanging out on the corner with a sign asking for money. I figure wash them off with a garden hose, take away their liquor, put them in a red suit and let them be some kids' hero for a few weeks. Might be the only time of year they enjoy themselves.

I've played Santa twice this week, first helping a woman that I saw walking with a Gas can...not only was she out of gas, but she was out of money, I filled the can,and took her back to her truck, (that she was living in) , I gave her a 20 after making sure her truck started...

Then today, I helped a guy that was TOTALLY clueless about how to fix his car in a parking lot...he was trying to use a Bungy cord to hold up his muffler that had broken it's mounting brakets...Pouring fucking rain, and I crawled under his car and wired up 4 clothes hangers to hold it.....He was in tears and gave me a hug after I fixed it! Shocked that a stranger woudl go out of their way to help...

Made my day!
