councilman24 37 #2 March 15, 2005 For who and what? For a 250lb guy? BAD DEAL. For water jump rig, so so deal. For an inexpensive first rig for a 140 lb person? Probably a good deal. For 170lb, probably bad deal. 2002 DOM maybe (see above) good deal, 1989 DOM, up in the air. Need more information and context. It's only a good deal if you don't run up hospital bills jumping it.I'm old for my age. Terry Urban D-8631 FAA DPRE
traker 0 #3 March 15, 2005 I'm a 145lbs soaking wet. I am 5" 10 and it's for my first rig! It would be used quite a bit this summer! I will be getting my license a.s.a.p. when the season starts. I have 56 jumps to date.. DOM is not listed...can't be found! GravityGirl 0 #4 March 15, 2005 Fair Deal. Have it stress tested by your rigger. If it's 20 years old and been baking in the sun.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

GravityGirl 0 #6 March 15, 2005 Just have a rigger test the strength of the fabric. If you do not know the history of the canopy (Storage, etc.), you will want to know integrity of the fabric. A rigger can do this for you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!
traker 0 #7 March 15, 2005 good to know...I would have never known about that. I guess if you don't ask, how would you know. When purchasing a F-111 main, is the number of jumps under the rig crucial to the purchase. I had seen a dolphin rig with a pd 190, F-111 main with 400 jumps for sale for 1200 us but I figured that was to many jumps! ( no info, i.e DOM or serial # listed ) Thanks for the insight! In the desert, it would be almost finished.
 traker 0 #9 March 16, 2005 shit Bobby! I just got a reply from the seller. I demanded more info regarding the overall system, usage and more.... it was being jumped in the states somewhere nice and hot. Thanks for the heads up partner! Why are good F-111 so hard to find? I guess a zp is the way to go....
