CLINTON TWP. — A 16-year-old Clinton Township boy faces disorderly charges for causing a disgusting smell in his classroom during mid-term exams at North Hunterdon High School, police reported last night.

According to police, the teen was in class at North Hunterdon on Monday and asked to use the bathroom. The boy then took a carry-out style coffee mug with a screw-on cap with him to the nurses’ office bathroom. The boy defecated in the mug, screwed the cap on, and returned to the classroom where he unscrewed the lid, and “this caused a disruption in the classroom,” police said.

Detective Thomas Hash, the Clinton Township Police Department school resource officer, will be issuing the boy a juvenile complaint for disorderly conduct

Arrested a guy one winter night. He was drunk. Kept passing horrible gas in the car and laughing about it. We had to roll the windows down and endure the cold. My partner looked it up. Charged him with 'Release of a noxious substance'. Pretty sure it was later reduced.

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

It was just a POP issue. Pissing Off the Police. That's what Disorderly Conduct usually is as well. When someone just really needs to be charged, you can come up with something.

Isn't that sorta like being criminally stupid or being criminally asshole?
That's not what the citation will read, but that's what it boils down to.
If you are that stupid and that much of an asshole, they can usually find something to charge you with.
