Icon134 0 #5 March 15, 2011 OK, I'll admit that has a serious message but it WAS rather humorous as well... I'm aslo curious as to whether it is in conjunction to any incidents or is a premtive strike since I'm sure there are probably more and more ipads entering the cockpit every day.Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... I have an iPAD with an app that has all the IFR and VFR charts for the continental USA, and all the IAPs too. It has a plug-in "Bad Elf" GPS that is way better than the built in one. (I also have an IFR certified GPS)... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
