I like a moron was trying to figure out how to walk away without having to dip into my 401k. You know it's one thing to look back and feel that maybe the past 7 years of my life were totally worthless waste of time it's another to ensure that the next 7 or so years will be no better due to financial losses. And I can't rent the thing out without losing a solid $1500 per month and I can't get a room mater for the place is not set up for it. It's ok. My "down" comes from having no viable options. Funny note, my accountant is Jamaican so this bit of bad news of having to put aside funds to cover a projected $3k shortfall in taxes was humorous due to his accent. (Jamaican accent) "Shah, taxes were good last year, lots of nice deductions with the condo. But now that you are single I ran the numbers and you will be needing to bring $3k to the table.....call me! The place is far enough away from where most single people work and live that just getting up and going out is not an option. Great palce if you are married or married with one kid. Quiet, good schools, nice people, walking distance to a grocers and Mc. Donalds. It's sexy hot! I you are not me. It's cool, what can I do.
