millertime24 8 #1 March 30, 2011 I'm doing a speech tonight on the basics of how a main parachute is deployed. I'm also going to be going over EP's and reserve deployment. What I would like is to have a close-ish video of a main being deployed and also a video of a reserve being deployed. I dont really NEED this but it would be nice to have to show the class at the end of the speech. Also, I cant use links to youtube or vimeo. Also, if you wanted to rip videos from youtube, there are youtube downloaders that will download it and some even convert it to whatever flavor of encoding you like. Arvoitus 1 #6 March 30, 2011 Does it need to be outside video? As in deployment filmed by someone watching someone else deploy. I did some WS jumps with my GoPro backwards and I have few deployments on video. It doesn't show the canopy inflating completely but shows the PC flying and lines unstowing and the initial canopy inflation.Your rights end where my feelings begin.
