Have you ever been tired in your dreams?

Recommended Posts

Long story short, I took a quick nap at work today because I was feeling tired. This nap maybe lasted 30 minutes. But I had the strangest dream!

I dreamt that I was at work and that I was tired. I was searching for a place to take a nap. Then I saw my boss, and as I tried to talk to him I felt groggy and sleepy like I couldnt keep my eyes open...

Then I woke up! And I felt more tired than I was before I took the quick nap! :S This is the second time that I have been "tired" in a dream. The time before this I took a quick nap at work and had a dream that was very similar. Same feelings and everything.

Im not the smartest guy in the world, nor a psychologist. Im trying to google it and see if it means anything. I know its debatable between people if dreams mean anything. So, who knows.

Ideas/thoughts?

Not close to the movie. ;)

Well, sure; You only went down one level.
With practice, we'll have you going down three levels!:D

Yup, thats the bitch about taking naps, any of them that are long enough to actually help you out overall, will make you groggy when you wake up. It has to do with going into REM sleep, which happens around the 20-30 min mark.

Same reason it makes no sense to take a 10-20 min nap, as it does NOTHING for you, except burn 10-20 mins of your day.

Got this info from the guy that wrote the book on killing.
