So I've got a question for all you shortcut wizards out there. I've got a 20 page research proposal typed up and I need to adjust the whole document. I just found out that there is only supposed to be one space at the end of the sentence and I've used two spaces on the entire thing. Is there a quick way to adjust everything from two spaces to one or do I have to go through the whole thing by hand and backspace all of it?

Try opening the find menu (CTRL+F if memory serves me) and in the find box, type .(and two spaces) then, in the replace box, type .(and one space)

Hit replace all. B|
