OlympiaStoica 0 #4 July 11, 2011 :5:0 Nasty winds on Saturday ... jumpable, but not on a .9 wingloading. I'm overdue for downsizing and I will do so as soon as I get back from LP. Sunday, a couple of RW jumps, a FF jump, a hop 'n pop and a high pull at sunset, which was amazing. I had a hard time staying with the formation, though I was in full flight and everyone else was in half brakes O
jrmrangers 0 #5 July 11, 2011 /5/1 i got 5 jumps in including my first 3 hop n pops, all of which lead to me getting my A card over the weekend. Dont worry lots of beer was bought!!Wait , I pull what first?
buff 0 #6 July 11, 2011 Didn't care for the funky winds on Saturday and spent almost the whole day Sunday working paddles/radio for students. Sat out there in 111 deg heat and didn't make a dime off of it. And the f*ers didn't even bring me a sandwich or something cold. I'm going back to just fun jumping and others can fend for themselves. It's called the Hillbilly Hop N Pop dude. If you're gonna be stupid, you better be tough. That's fucked up. PhreeZone 20 #9 July 11, 2011 10:0 Saturday was when we celebrated our anniversary, Sunday I got in a reserve repack and 10 jumps. That is about 140 jumps in the last 7 weeks. wildcard451 0 #10 July 11, 2011 None:3:1 No humpin this weekend. Two nice FF jumps where I spend the near whole jumped docked. Strange since I had not really been in freefall with others free flying that close in over two years. I did an entire day of jumps from altitude...including a nice sunset high pull. Some drinking beer by a pool and cross country drunked golf cart/gator RW on a buddy's farm. All in all a good weekend.

Abedy 0 #12 July 11, 2011 0/6 - My students got their board certificates (as practice nurses) at Jena University and after three years of being their form teacher I didn't want to nor dare to not go there for just doing a couple of jumps, not even on this bright Saturday after 3 sh*tty weekends in a row See pic attached, they truly are the nicest, most beautiful and best-dressed students. BTW: The young lady next to me (to the left) was the best of them (15 A's, 2 B's) and got a tandem jump sponsored by/with me. Did 6 tandems on Sunday, all of them really nice. @hcsvader: Travelled 'Straya in 2007 and happened to be in Litchfield N.P., went through Batchelor and all of a sudden... spotted a lot of canopies! Went there "just to pay them a visit" since my wife has this strange "Don't even THINK of jumping when we are on holiday" attitude. Liked it a lot! grannyinthesky 0 #13 July 11, 2011 0:10:First time in a long time that I've owed beer. I finally got to spend time doing CReW. First two-stack and got my four stack, too. Hard to believe 10 jumps and less than 2 minutes of freefall when every load was to full alititude. I've got a whole lot of muscles this morning that are doing a bit of complaining about the use they got this weekend!! "safety first... and What the hell..... safety second, Too!!!
