chutem 0 #1 February 12, 2005 I purchased a used Panicsuit RW suit at the holiday boogie in Eloy.(4 jumps on it) After about 15 jumps the stitching under the right arm pulled through the fabric. I e-mailed them and received a prompt response from Carlos that they would repair the suit at no cost to me. The only drawback being it might take a while as he would have to ship it to the factory that is out of country. I shipped them the suit and received a prompt e-mail that it had been forwarded to the factory. I find my experience with them in this matter to be very positive so far especially since I did not purchase their product new. Thanks Carlos I look forward to jumping this suit again as I was very happy with the way it flies and got many comments on how good it looked.
