FireFox Users - no clicky needed

Recommended Posts

I'm using Firefox 5.0.1 and just wanted to share a trick regarding hyperlinks.
No need for the need for the next person to make clicky
I don't know if this works for other browsers.

Just highlight the hyperlink,

Left click and hold down to "grab."

Take the link and drop it on the + sign on a new tab.

This has been my good deed for the day.

you can do that in IE8 aswell, it's not exclusive to FF.
Hightlight the link and drag and drop it anywhere and it will open in a new tab.

There is an addon called "Linkification" that makes them clicky. There are other addons that do the same thing.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/linkification/

Thank you.. I bookmarked it, but right now its [Not available for Firefox 5.0.1]

I guess in the end, we don't have to worry about someone not making something clicky anymore or doing it for them...

Because I shouldn't have to click more than once! My life should be a privileged one! :)
