xjumprjosh 0 #1 February 4, 2005 Hey all. I just bought a new Z1 EVO in size large. The XL was too big and the L feels tight Has anyone ever heard of fitting an EVO using heat similar to a Bonehead? Any help would rock.
Brian425 0 #2 February 4, 2005 From my experience with my factory diver and many motorcycle helmets, they will loosen up a little bit after you start to use them. I would wear it for a few weeks before trying anything to modify it. I would think (I am not sure) that heating the inside of the helmet would compromise the polystyrene that is there to crush on impact. The only time you should look down on someone is when you are offering them your hand.

Peej 0 #4 February 7, 2005 Give it a few weeks man. My Evo was one of the first pieces of gear i bought and despite my best efforts in measuring my head it arrived and as soon as i put it on it felt really tight, even more so when i stuck my dytter in and jumped it for the first time. It should stretch after some time. Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky
dan_iv 0 #5 February 11, 2005 ok, i'm bumping this up, to ad a question, if you feel like giving it a few weeks won't stretch it out enough to stop giving you "chinese eyes", how could I order a different set of liners? I don't see them available seperately?
