JohnnyMarko 1 #1 November 5, 2011 After going to the local butcher tonight and get a pork chop cut thinner than I wanted, I couldn't stuff it so I made an impromptu foil meal to grill. It ended up being a pork chop marinated in a mango puree coated with a mixture (was going to be the stuffing) of chopped bread, pear, apple, and onion...turned out pretty good... What're your guys' favorite foil meal recipes?

Coreece 190 #5 November 5, 2011 In the Boy Scouts we used to make "Hobo Dinners" that basically consisted of a lump of hamburger with potatoes, onions, carrots and celerey thrown on top, wrapped in foil and tossed into the hot coals at the bonfire... I also like bacon and greenbeans mixed together in foil and tossed on the side...Your secrets are the true reflection of who you really are...

That's one of our family favorites too. We'd go camping with the kids and have each child make up their own, then toss the dinners on the coals and cook 'em for half an hour. Mmmm, few meals ever tasted better.
