AggieDave 6 #2 January 25, 2005 I didn't realize that a ZP version of the Coed was made...the PD Coeds I've seen were F111. Were there some made?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

The way it was written up and the way it is laid out in the pictures, I would say the guy is a neat freak. AFAIK, it was built by PISA under license from PD. I believe the ZP version of the Coe-D was called the Hornet.
AggieDave 6 #5 January 26, 2005 QuoteThe Coe-D wasn't built by PD I'm gonna have to pull that old canopy out of the closet at the DZ and take pics of the side panel. It says Coed, Performance Designs then some other town in Florida then DeLand, apparently where they use to be. It is F111.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
vesatoro 0 #6 January 26, 2005 At my DZ there is one Coe-D 150 which really is ZP. The side panel says "PISA Coe-D by Performance Designs" so I assume that it's made in PD factory, but marketed by PISA. The canopy looks like a Sabre, but has partially covered nose (one third of the cell noses) and a huge slider to ease with openings, which still seem to be quite hard. vesatoro 0 #7 January 26, 2005 QuoteI believe the ZP version of the Coe-D was called the Hornet. Entirely different canopies. Coe-D is a traditional "rectangular" canopy, while the Hornet is semi-elliptic like Sabre2. "Fear is the path to the Dark side" (Master Yoda)

AggieDave 6 #9 January 26, 2005 Ah, righ...man this conversation did seem very very familar but I couldn't place it. Should have searched. And yup, Hialeah, Florida was the town.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
