Is there any difference in a 1992 Sabre and say a 1999 sabre.

Would I be better off buying a used saber with a DOM of 99 as apposed to a used saber with a DOM of 92 – both with around the same jump numbers on them (400).

You may wish to consider resale value of a newer canopy.

Make sure the 92 Sabre has the new (larger) slider. I think they started putting them on in 93. Also, if it's a larger size, make sure it has the split brake lines.
