Scrstch head, scratch butt, repeat. Look at lunch menu. Srambled Egg sandwich on toast please. No problemo got the sandwich took the bread off the eggs and used the packs of jamb on the table to put on the toast ate the scrambled eggs and toast. No Tip. OTOH we had a friend that enjoyed her waitress job in crested Butte colorado. The menue was a starting point you asked for something etra this or that on your omlette or meal no sweat.
