JohnRich 4 #1 February 14, 2012 I landed from a parachute jump Saturday and as I walked back into the hanger, I saw a dog chewing on something on my gear bag. I strolled over to see what he was doing, and he had eaten my lucky rabbit foot that is attached to the zipper. The photo shows the stub of my old red rabbit foot, next to a spare green one that I have. Fortunately, the loss of the rabbit foot didn't bring me bad luck on my remaining jumps - that's the only thing that has kept me safe for many years! But the rabbit foot may give the dog some serious indigestion, as it had bones and all inside the fur. I'm not mad at the dog, as he was just doing what dogs do - eating prey. oldwomanc6 60 #2 February 14, 2012 The red dye didn't do him any good. The green dye next weekend won't either p.s. I'm glad you have spare good luck. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB
Krip 2 #3 February 14, 2012 Hi JR One of my dogs had a dead rabbit in his mouth just the other day. Nice dog trade you a biscuit for a dead rabbit. Dog swallowed the whole rabbit whole. Two days latter the dog is still R.I.P.
