"creates a lot of concern from the general public"...we've become a nation of busybodys.. everyone can too easily get into the business of OTHERS... we've been led to believe that it's "our duty" to "CAll 911" !!... report ANY suspicious behavior... "can never be TOO careful".... so then the already overloaded State County and Municipal peace keepers had to run all over 2 states to "find the perpetrators" and bust 'em.. sort of sad... tough to spend a Valentines Day.. getting your mugshot taken....
