dthames 0 #1 March 26, 2012 Saturday, our local DZ opened for the first time in several weeks for a wonderful day of jumping. Of 10 pre-solo students that I counted, 8 of the students were father and son pairs. I was one of the students that was by himself. My boys are grown and out of state. So, doing this together is not really an option right now. I think most of them managed to be on the same load as their family member. LOTS of smiles. Wonderful weather. It was great to see. skymama 37 #2 March 26, 2012 Aw, that's nice! I've jumped with my son twice when he did tandems and it was such a special experience for us. I know others here have jumped with their kids too. Definitely a fun activity to do together! She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
VideoFly 0 #3 March 26, 2012 I filmed my older son on a tandem, my daughter on two tandems, my two step sons on tandems, and have done about a hundred jumps with my youngest son. It is really great jumping with the kids!
BillyVance 35 #4 March 27, 2012 Although I wasn't there when another father and son started skydiving together, they were already experienced jumpers when I met them, but I got to enjoy a bunch of CRW jumps with both of them. lawrocket 3 #5 March 27, 2012 Billy - aren't there father/son students in your daughter's kindergarten class? I mean, it is Alabama. My wife is hotter than your wife.

No, but I did notice one kid was quite a bit bigger than the rest of the class...
