shropshire 0 #1 April 9, 2012 Hi Folks anyone else out there using Strava or Runkeeper? I still use both but have just been converted to Strava and will probably move over to it completely soon (it has some cool features)..... They have both motivated me to get out doors and work hard on my bike. I've also just entered my first cyclo-Sportive event .. probably a bit too soon but so long as I 'take it easy' - hey what could possibly go wrong aye? .... At least I'm a Vet (.)Y(.) Remster 30 #4 April 9, 2012 I've heard good thing about Strava. I've been using SportTracks for a few years now. Enough for me!Remster
ltdiver 3 #5 April 10, 2012 I use the free version of Strava for my rides. Can't bring myself to pay the monthly charge for the upgraded version. I like it, for the most part. One upgrade I'd like to see is that it pauses recording when you stop. The current version does not. Talk with Elsinore skydiver, Charles Wynn, who uses both Strava and Runkeeper. He prefers Runkeeper, so what do I know? Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
shropshire 0 #6 April 10, 2012 I like that it records my stops too .. then you get better 'stats' about your ride as a whole... You still get your moving data too. You're only cheating yourself (.)Y(.) Chivalry is not dead; it only sleeps for want of work to do. - Jerome K Jerome
