janz 0 #4 May 1, 2012 I'm 54 and feel better after going to the gym. Nothing too strenuous but some light weights about 45 minutes each day diff body part then 20 minutes of cardio. It doesnt make life perfect but helps a bit. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
