What to do....

I'm 54 and feel better after going to the gym. Nothing too strenuous but some light weights about 45 minutes each day diff body part then 20 minutes of cardio. It doesnt make life perfect but helps a bit.

drink. work out. go out with friends. learn something new that makes me feel awesome for knowing it. make something. go home to visit family (only if you like them). read. but sometimes you just have to try to wait it out.
