Tech help...MS Outlook

My colleague attempted to send me a big file (52MB). Outlook has been trying to send it for 3 days. Have tried deleting the e-mail, restarting Outlook, restarting the computer, all to no avail. Any ideas?

Well, not using email for large files would be a good start

Is it stuck in his outbox? Get him to restart outlook in offline/disconnected mode. He may be able to delete it from the outbox then.

When he switches to offline mode make sure to wait a few minutes for the spooler to shutdown. then delete the message.

depending on the version.
1. file menu / select work offline
2. send recieve tab / select work offline
