Rifftrax event - Truly one of the worst movies of all time!

Manos - the Hand of Fate, really a truly horrible movie from 1966.

So much fun at an awful movie. The last one they did was Jack the Giant Killer, which really had a high production value compared to this stinker:

They also riffed an educational short called "cylinders, at your fingertips", and "welcome back Norman".

Funny stuff! Brings back memories from Saturday morning mystery science theater, now MST3k available on Netflix.

Ther was a cult movie out years ago called "Attack of the Killer Tomatos" People would be lined up outside waiting to see it for their 9th time or so. It seemed to qualify like this movie so bad it was funny

Wow, that movie was sooo low budget, low production value. Really horrible! Great riff! I think it might be a hit at the DZ.

I think the MST3K riffs are much like Beavis and Butthead making fun of a music video.

I thought it was. Maybe I'm confused. I thought it was featured in just about every expository scene, like the coffee scene.

I use Cutaway for the same purpose - most appropriately at a weathered-out Speed 8 Nationals. It always draws a crowd, and hoots of derision, and a suprising number of people can yell out quotes at appropriate points.

"Their last two men went no-lift! They're diving blind!"

"He was a little too slow, so we killed him."

"You're asking us to just lay down, and take two torpedos up our ass!"
"It's better than a silver medal!"

It's actually, on its own terms, a pretty entertaining movie.
