OneJumpWally 0 #1 October 27, 2012 When Jim was asked about the weather affecting the world series he said " "It's cold, but I mean, this is the World Series. It's cold for everybody. It's cold for the fans, the beer is cold, everything is cold. It's great, enjoy it."
masterrig 1 #2 October 28, 2012 I'm a big fan of Jim Leyland. I really don't like seeing he and his team doing badly. I think the problem with the Tigers is, they had too much time off between the ALCS and the World Series. The Giants hadn't slowed down and kept their momentum up. The Tigers have looked sluggish. The only one who has really shown any pep is Jackson, the Tiger's center fielder. The Giants are on a roll and I can see the end of the series after tonight's game. I do hope, the contract offer for Leyland is still good after tonight, like the Tigers have said. Chuck
OneJumpWally 0 #3 November 10, 2012 I agree. Too much time off isnt good and I felt the Tigers were a lot better than they played. I dont like theyre pitching coach. too quick to go to the mound... he completely threw off verlander in game
masterrig 1 #4 November 10, 2012 I was scratchin' my head trying to figure-out what happened to Verlander. Good thing... Leyland will be back, next season! Chuck
