BillyVance 35 #1 January 1, 2013 Generally, I pull for all SEC teams in the bowl games, but I couldn't help but snicker a bit when LSU went down on a last second FG to Clemson. Really? LSU? Seriously? You follow up Vanderbilt's impressive win over a NC State team that beat Florida State, by tanking this one to Clemson, who lost bad to Florida State and South Carolina, who you cajuns also beat? Ouch, Les... that's one that's going to dog you until next season starts."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
StreetScooby 5 #2 January 2, 2013 Yes, that was disappointing. Mettenberger simply doesn't have what it takes. Les needs to do better at coming up with good quarterbacks. His track record there is not impressive. We are all engines of karma

His track record there is not impressive. Yeah. He hadn't played well in any game this season except one.... vs Alabama. Man, he tore us the hell up. Shame he couldn't do that all season."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban

LOL I have no idea. Probably just the fact that LSU had this game circled on their calendar since last January and be damned, come hell or high water, they were going to play their best game of the year and beat Bama. Well they played their best game on offense for sure. Bama punched back and won in the end. It was probably because of this game being so physical and emotional, that Bama came out flat in the first quarter against Texas A&M. Hey, it's the SEC. It's extremely difficult to get through the season undefeated. Only two teams finished their season (BCS title game included) undefeated during the SEC's 6 year stranglehold on the BCS championship."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
BillyVance 35 #6 January 3, 2013 And Florida?!? What the fuck was that garbage against Louisville?!? You assholes should have stayed home and avoided the embarrassment. Man, did they get chippy in that game or what? Lots of personal foul and unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, and one ejection. Typical Gator trash. Just glad to know Bama's not the only one who knows what it's like (2009 Sugar Bowl debacle vs Utah). Without a doubt, IMO, that had something to do with their performance against A&M. I believe they had another tough game _before_ LSU to boot. Very difficult schedules in the SEC.We are all engines of karma
