BillyVance 35 #3 February 4, 2013 A cool piece of history. Too bad he was a power-hungry prick."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
davjohns 1 #4 February 4, 2013 Just swapped over from SC. That always seems to make me want to quibble over the most mundane things. For instance, since they have unearthed the remains and intend to put them somewhere else, can you really call it the last resting place?I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

If they know where they are going to put him, I guess the last resting place is confirmed. Or this was his last resting place, and where they move him to will be his next resting place. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB
babz 0 #8 February 4, 2013 Pretty horrible chapter of history.. lucky it was long enough ago that the affects of his actions are known from history rather than felt, so there's no lingering malice / revenge needed to shroud his body. I imagine he'll be laid to rest at one of the cathedrals (York perhaps) in line with his predecessors / successors.
