JerryBaumchen 1,468 #1 February 12, 2013 Hi out there in B/F-Land, I got invited over to my daughter's on Sunday evening for dinner. She made this: http://littlebcooks.blogspot.com/2012/04/island-pork-tenderloin.html?m=1 Fortunately, for my son-in-law & grandson, she is a great cook. This one is to die for; trust me. JerryBaumchen Looks GREAT! Unfortunately 'WE' are on a strict eat clean diet that excludes the glaze....I printed out the recipe though, when I visit my buddy on the left coast I cook 'unsupervised' and tend to tickle the taste buds in secret! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~

That sucks! Here I am trying to get as many calories in a day that I can, especially on days I lift, and you're talking about eating clean while referring to a high-protein prefect meal like this?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Yeah...like I need the salt, & hey - LOTS of protein in that 3/4 cup of sugar...Oh I'll try it, just NOT at home! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~
JohnMitchell 16 #6 February 13, 2013 Sounds good. I might try that one. It's got a lot of similarities to my barbecue rub.
