I was in a 182 with my student and another TI and his student.
At about 8K the other TI shit himself at which time his student who was sitting hot seat puked in the pilots lap.
The pilot then puked onto the dash.
The other TI was grinning like a mule eating briars through chicken wire at his crown achievement, as he had not yet noticed the puke fest that had ensued.
My passenger said it smelled like the nursing home where she worked at which point I laughed so hard my sides hurt.
It is in the top 10 funniest things I've ever seen.
