vibeke 0 #1 December 1, 2004 I need a new RW suit. I have been looking at all the posts on choosing a suit. Before reading those posts I wanted a Parasport Italia or a Tony Suit. However - I have been reading a lot of good reviews of the Bev suits Hod Bod. But I need facts on its efficiency! Now my question is: Is the recommendation based on a great suit - for competitions also, or is is based upon looks only? I would love a close fitting, nice looking suit. Especially since a well fitted suit would improve my fall rate. But I choose function over fashion! Is the Hod Bod recommendable for competition use?! Is the Hod Bod in use, by any serious competitors? Dont tell me how great it looks, I look my best when smiling from having turned a lot of points and my suit is an important tool. If I went for the Hod Bod I would get some options from the "majik competition", like fat cordura grips, cordura reinforced ass and booties + majik booties options, inside legs grips, cool max lining and such. Any thoughts on the Majik options, compared to Tony and Parasport Italias vented booties? I need a really powerfull bootie. The square grips - are they really an advantage?!
