He has been in the storm chasing world a long time, but definitely has an over inflated ego and generally annoying characteristics. I enjoyed the first seasons of Storm Chasers the best, back when it had small viewer numbers and was actually just chase videos as opposed to scripted drama based around chasing. I was once contacted to host a local version of a storm chasing show due to the fact that I started South Africa's first storm chasing website - and it was quite annoying to see the things that they want to emphasize when creating these 'documentaries'. I've always been a fan of Sean Casey though, he annoys a lot - but seems more humble than the ego-chasers. He was the one who got the EF-4 footage last week.
