KrisFlyZ 0 #1 November 18, 2004 I want to export my Garmin ForeTrex 201 logs in NMEA format but the Garmin MapSource software does not read it. There is an option on the unit to set the export format to NMEA. Any help on this is appreciated. Kris.

LouDiamond 1 #3 November 18, 2004 You will need a different program to download that format and use it. There is a plethora of progs out there, some free, that are pretty good. Just off the top of my head I think you might look at Oziexplorer,GPSbabel,GPS trackmaker,USAphotomaps etc. If you do a search in the wingsuit forum on GPS I know you will find even more information on what others are using. for your immediate fix i think GPSBabel is what will work for you. you can google any of the above mentioned and find their page."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
