Yet as I've worked towards my education the labor markets have gotten tighter and tighter and as such.......if you got a job you just sit there and shut up and enjoy the fact that you are not receiving an unemployment check. And as such venting be it to a therapist, to the wall or online can keep ones mind and soul in check. Look you know my thoughts regarding this issue and what kind of damage it can do to an organization and how prevalent it is in the engineering and science fields.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay.
