For some dumb reason, I never got around to watching that until just this past year. Val Kilmers BEST performance ever! Capt. Mom was flying an air show out on the left coast years ago, I was wiping down our bird following the performance when Kurt Russell walked up and started talking airplanes with me. . . said how much he loves flying an open cockpit like ours and asked to sit in the Great Lakes. As he took off his Cowboy boots so as not to damage the wing and got in, he mentioned he was filming a western and was playing Wyatt Earp. He was sporting that famous mustache and I gotta admit - looked pretty cowboyish, even wearing the "Will Fly For Food" tee-shirt! Capt. Mom finally got back to the plane as he was walking away...she about fainted when I told her who it was, rather upset that she'd 'missed him'.
