WTF?
ryoder 1,590 #2 November 18, 2013 Strange indeed. I lived in IN, MI, and IL, and the tornadoes were always in the spring. I never remember one in the fall! flygirl1220 0 #3 November 18, 2013 There were tornado watches and warnings yesterday in MI. Lots of wind damage and folks without power.

WTF? Dude, I'm glad your family's buildings weren't hit, but sorry for your friends. However, November IS the secondary tornado season in the midwest and south. Not as long as the spring tornado season, but we have had some big ones in November down here in the past. One of the worst was the one that hit Huntsville, AL on November 15, 1989, an EF5 twister a mile wide, devastated the Airport Road corridor during the evening rush hour. A friend of mine missed it by 10 minutes driving down the Parkway. 24 people or thereabouts, were killed and hundreds injured. Personal papers, photos and cancelled checks from Huntsville were found hundreds of miles away in east central Tennessee!"Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
