Coming from a military police background... I would grab the computer, kids and bank info and move out. turn over the evidence of adultery to NCIS, get full custody of the kids once she is discharged and without a job, and work an at risk assignment away from the two of them.

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

Since I have written this post, I have backed off a bunch and let my buddy try and figure things out on his own. I think the advice has been the best so far. He has not had outside influences telling him what "they" would do. In fact, I wouldn't even know what to do in that situation! I'd probably punch her in the throat…

All in all-- a difficult time for my buddy and I just think it's best, per the advice, that I remain an outsider until everything is figured out..
