I have Win7 x64 Pro on a second partition for games, and only games. It serves no other purpose in my life.

If the new directx requires Win8, which I'm sure it will, I'll begrudgingly upgrade, strip out as much bullshit as I can, and then go on with life.

I don't have anything against windows per se, it's just not the right tool for most of my life.
