It's an older home with tons of charm, and the owner is letting us take care of minor fixups and yard work, which I love. That looks like a challenging neighborhood to put in a hot tub for some steamy fun while surrounded by snow. A normal "privacy" fence would be hard to do with 3 story homes around.
