I really enjoy watching the TC races each year, and I hope Chrome wins the TC, but I saw the best thoroughbred I'll ever see when Secretariat won it.

In the '73 Derby, he ran each 1/4 mile segment faster than the one preceeding it, so he was still accelerating when he hit the wire.....to me, it's almost unbelievable that any living thing could do that.

Chrome fades sometime during the final 8th. If Ride On Curlin is in shape, he'll run Chrome down. Watch Commanding Curve, too.

Secretariat owns all of the track records in the TC. I remember watching the '73 Belmont Stakes. To this day, I still can't believe what I see on the You tube videos.

This year? Maybe. California Chrome is a strong horse but the Belmont at a mile and a half is a tough race. We shall see.
