So i got a new wings yesterday and am thinking it is too small(harness) this would be my fault as my g/f measured me.
I speak to a few master riggers that say worse case we would look around 300quid-400quid. fair enough i think, expensive, but you got to pay for your mistakes.
Ankie replies to me after i say that i do not think they would be responsible and she says well check it out with a master rigger, the sizing and if you are not happy we will sort out for nothing.

come on, this is a company that actually cares for the customer, no questions asked.....i am shoked, i do not think i can ever recall one company that has been so willing to make you happy. Even if i do not require this harness replaced(because i am just paranoid) the knowledge of knowing that these people are willing to help and show their support, i think deserves a thumbs up and one hell of a smile for the people who bought wings.

I could go on and on about how wonderful Ankie is. I had been looking at getting a new rig for about six months. When I was out at Z-Hills in March I had decided to go with a Wings. Gareth Holder is a dealer for Wings, so I approached him and asked him some questions. I decided that I would go with the Wings. Gareth took the time to measure me and help me with the order form. Because of wanting to have the Wings rig done for a special event, Gareth put me in contact with Ankie. She took the time to come out to the DZ and speak to me and set me up with getting the rig in time at no extra cost and shipped to the DZ that I would need the rig at.

Later in the summer, I was out at Spaceland, and Ankie was there. I was having some problems with trying to figure out the best way to close the rig. Ankie once again took the time to teach me a few tricks. I then mentioned to her in passing that I was disappointed with the hook knife and pouch I had gotten with the rig. She walked over to her rig and took off her hook knife and pouch and put it on my rig. I also got a kick ass t-shirt from her.

Oh, edit to add: I wanted a special logo place on one of the mud flaps but couldn't find a picture of what I wanted. Ankie found the perfect logo and sewed it on.

yeah i got a new zealand emblem put on being the all blacks silver fern and it looks great. the thing is though, that whoever i have ever dealt with, weather it is buying ahouse or a car or anything of value i have never recieved such a welcoming service, noit even from my girlfriend;)
it just puts me at ease after spending so much money while backpacking around the united kingdom.

There are alot of great customer service orientated manufactures out there, L&B makers of the Protrack amongst other products has outstanding C/S and so do many others.
There'll always be dissatisfied customers with horror stories, but remember you rarely here from the happy people;).
