I run or walk every day and when I was looking at the maps of my past routes I was thinking about doing a route that looked like boobies but I couldn't figure out how to get the nips on the route/map. Oh well. Turn the tracker off momentarily while you walk from the perimeter of the boob into where the nipple will be, then turn it back on. Walk your circle. Off.
