mccurley 1 #4 November 7, 2014 The most serious charge of attempting to procure a murder has been dropped for lack of evidence. I know Phil, ever so slightly, and have done work for him, (not murder), and I think he has been treated rather shabbily by the police here in Tauranga. He has been subject to a disproportionate amount of attention because of his fame as a rock star. In this instance the local press were reporting on charges before he was even taken to court, and was not afforded the anonymity, in the form of name and photo suppression, given to almost every other offender. I am not saying he is an innocent, just very poorly treated.Watch my video Fat Women http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRWkEky8GoI
