ryoder 1,590 #2 November 17, 2014 How the hell did it survive that???That was painful as hell to watch!Damned good arch and stability, though!BTW There are restrictions on that video based on location. Here in the US I used the proxy 125.253.46.188:8080 (Australia) to access it. "There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. Someone should report those parents for child-endangerment.It makes leaving the kids in a hot car look pretty tame by comparison."There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. rifleman 70 #13 November 17, 2014 As I understand it, if they nested on the ground, predators would kill all the chicks (or eggs). At least this way some of the chicks survive - good years all five might make it.Atheism is a Non-Prophet Organisation
jono 0 #14 November 18, 2014 I am amazed that after such a traumatic first flight experience, that they just don't decide to walk everywhere and NEVER try that crazy shit again. That first hit looked brutal.Still, I wish I was as stable as this little fella on my first jump. He looked like he was good enough to be wearing a Gopro.
