I wonder if the crappy water down there has something to do with all that crazy. I pretty much wrote them off as a lost cause after they elected Voldemort to be their governor. I guess his anti-Harry-Potter campaign stance resonated with the people down there.

You have no idea just how bad the water can be.... some of that stuff that came out of an artesian well near my grandfathers house in eastern Hillsborough County was so full of hydrogen sulfide that it would gag a maggot.

He used to go get bottles of that crap and let it breathe for a couple days then drink it as a kind of tonic water.... he only lived to 72.... unlike most of our family that live into their 80's or 90's at least.
