Superfletch 1 #1 September 30, 2004 I recently emailed the RWS on several diferrent occasions. I would like to order a new MICRON. Mark never returned my mail and the mail I sent to rws, egon & rosi was all undeliverable. I won a 35% Discount Coupon that expires at the end of this month and I'd like to use it. I can't call them as I am no where near a phone during regular business hours. Email seems to be my only means I have of contacting them and they don't seem to be getting my mail. Does anyone know anyone at RWS? Can anyone out there help me? BlindBrick 0 #3 September 30, 2004 I just talked wiht Kim from Vigil yesterday. Vigil wharehouses their stuff at Parastock whihc is located in the RWS building. Kim said that Jeanne fried the RWS computer network and they are still trying to get it back up. So, I'd expect some delays. freefalle 0 #6 September 30, 2004 The last hurricane took out the motherboard on the net work, everything is backed up but until they can get the system repaired I dont think they have access. However, Mark, Igon and Rossi were all in the office today. My girlfriend is the quality assurance manager there, Ill print out your post and give it to her in the morning, although I dont know how much good it will do given the fact that you are know where near a phone during the day. But, keep in mind that they were 7 days with no access to email, so the backlog of messages is probably pretty big. Yeah, we're all very happy that hurricane season is ending soon! Poor Sebastian and Lake Wales! Everyone in DeLand has seen some inconveniences and expenses but those guys got hammered hard!
