keithbar 1 #1 August 25, 2015 anybody else use that stabil stuff in there gasoline engines? I've been running it in my mower roto tiller and three wheeler yes I said three wheeler ATV. For years with no ill effects. But have a bottle sitting on the shelf its been there for about 4 years surely that stuff wouldn't go bad right ?i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . wolfriverjoe 1,523 #5 August 26, 2015 The kind designed for use in gas/ethanol blends has a shelf life (once opened). There's a place where you are supposed to write the date on the bottle. The "regular" stuff doesn't go bad, and can be used just fine in ethanol blended gas. It will evaporate if you don't put the cap on tight, though (guess how I know that ).
